“Responsibility, shaped by our people”

At Reabrook, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is embedded in how we operate—guiding how we support our employees, customers, and the communities around us.

Corporate social responsibility Proud to be employee owned stamp 2

As an employee-owned business, responsibility is shared. Through people-led initiatives, we aim to create a positive, lasting impact beyond our role in UK manufacturing.

Our Approach to CSR

We are committed to operating ethically, sustainably, and responsibly across every part of our business.

This includes:

  • Reducing our environmental impact through responsible sourcing and energy-efficient manufacturing
  • Maintaining high standards of ethical business practice and compliance
  • Supporting the communities connected to our business

At Reabrook, manufacturing high-quality products goes hand in hand with making a meaningful difference.

Community & Charity

A key part of our CSR programme is our employee-led charity committee.

Established in 2023, the committee was formed in response to an increase in requests from local charities and community groups following the Covid-19 pandemic.

Built from our internal consultation forum, it represents all areas of the business. Each member is elected by their peers, ensuring every department has a voice in how we give back.

Meeting quarterly, the committee reviews employee suggestions alongside requests from charities to decide how support is allocated.

Every initiative starts with a colleague.
