The successful candidate will undertake a wide variety of tasks including supervision of all activities within the filling/packing areas, ensure manufacturing is to ISO quality levels, liaise with all departments to maintain and improve service for customers, ensure training and development within the department is up to date and recorded, following H&S procedures, to ensure resources are deployed to optimise production plans, ensure all lines are set up in a timely manner, review and write SOP’s, support Audits and act as Site Controller when required ensuring the Emergency plan is followed.
The ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of MS Office, a suitable qualification or relevant experience, knowledge of the manufacturing industry and a previous supervisory/management role is desirable not essential.
